The December Sheridan Chamber Member Luncheon, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 6, will be held at the Sheridan Community Center, 300 E. 6th St. in Sheridan and continue a holiday tradition, with a performance by the Sheridan High School Choir.
This year is going to be loaded with holiday cheer with The Lodge be providing the catered luncheon and new Chef, Andrew Lynch, selecting a special menu of Butternut Squash Soup, Open-face Roast Beef Sandwich served with garlic mashed potatoes and French Onion au jus and Apple Cobbler accompanied by cinnamon ice cream.
There will also be fun Christmas games with lots of great prizes, and of course door prizes.
Attendees are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Sheridan Police Department's Annual Toy Give-Away. This is an annual event for the Police Department and participants are strongly encouraged to bring a toy to help brighten Christmas morning for a little boy or girl in our community.
The department relies on our generosity to make their toy drive a success.
