Don Jellison, sportswriter and good friend
Don Jellison became the sports reporter during my second or third year of coaching at Noblesville.

He did a tremendous job of reporting all sports. He never demeaned me, or my players, rather he built us up.

100th Anniversary of WW I remembered
As we approach Veterans Day, I would like to remind your readers that this year marks the 100th anniversary of World War I, in which over 30 Hamilton County soldiers lost their lives. Their names are inscribed on the Veterans Memorial on the Hamilton County Courthouse grounds.

On Noblesville City Budget
I guess as a voter and taxpayer I should not be surprised by this proposed fairy tale called a 2018 budget as was introduced recently on 1st reading to the city council.

Am I the only concerned taxpayer who has many questions regarding the "Shell" game being offered as a budget for Noblesville in 2018? The discussion in the October 13th Reporter presented by the hired Controller Spalding / city employee and mayor designate was not acceptable.
