Top-ranked Hamilton Southeastern will join No. 3 Westfield and No. 5 Carmel at the IHSAA State Golf Finals on Tuesday and Wednesday at Franklin's Legends of Indiana Golf Course.
The Royals fell a shot shy of Muncie Regional winner Yorktown (302-303) on Friday at The Players Club.
Third-place Pendleton Heights (309) was the other team to advance.
No. 13 Noblesville, meanwhile, shot 315 and finished in a tie with Cathedral for fifth place, but the Millers lost the tiebreaker and finished sixth.
The Millers, However, will be represented by senior Jackson Wright, who shot 74 and advanced as an individual.
Fishers' Jackson Brooker and Jason Feuerstine, who advance to the regional as individuals, were far out of the running and shot 81 and 86, respectively.
"We had a good season. Really proud of how our guys played all season. It was the first time we were able to get multiple kids out of the Sectional, so that was great for our program,' first-year Tigers coach Keith Andrews said.
Southeastern was led by regional medalist Graham McAree, who fired a 2-under-par 70. Senior Johnny Watts, who was at even par (8 shots off the lead) when he dropped out of the Indiana en's State Amateur after Thursday's third round in order to be eligible to continue on in the state tournament, followed with a 75. Chase Campbell and Cedric McAree matched 79s, and Nick Kuster followed with an 80.
Following Wright for Noblesville were Josh Keating (79), Noah Lodin (81), Chase Kluth (81) and Collin Kincaid (89).
