Millers sixth at HCC indoor
The Times


Noblesville Boys Track & Field placed sixth out of seven teams at the Hoosier Crossroads Conference Indoor track meet at Wabash College.

The Millers were led by Drew Hartmann's second place finish in the shot put with a throw of 52 feet 1 inch, and the Distance Medley Relay team of Levi Neuzerling, Bryce Gatewood, Zach Freeman, and Eric Hoffman, who finished fourth in 10:48.07.

Other results include Shawn Kinslow's sixth place finish in the 60 meter preliminaries, with a time of: 7.71, Anthony Reel was seventh in his heat, running a: 7.72, and Trenton Reeves was fourth in his heat in: 7.55.

In the 3,200 meters, Blake Hipkiss was ninth in his heat in 10:19.30, Braedon Gossard was 14th overall in 10:41.77, Luke Balciunas was 18th in 10:52.89 and Brendon Donnelly was 23rd in 11:24.67.

Jayse Monks was sixth overall in the 60 meter hurdles, with a time of: 9.31, Conrad Mitchell was 13th, in: 10.22, and Shomari Rogers-Walton was 15th overall in: 10.54.

Andrew Herman finished fifth in the high jump, clearing 5 feet 8 inches, Brandon Bzdyl and William Schultz tied for 12th, clearing 5 feet 4 inches.

In the long jump, Joshua Garcia was seventh with a distance of 19 feet 11.5 inches, DeVontez Cox was 12th, 19 feet 3 inches, Mitchell was 10th with 19 feet 4.5 inches, and Rogers-Walton was 17th with 17 feet 11.5 inches.

Dalton Davis was seventh overall in the shot put with a throw of 43 feet 7 inches, Garret Bridges was 22nd with a throw of 38 feet, and Adam Allspaw was 27th with a throw of 32 feet 1 inch.
