Dennis Allen King, 74, of Noblesville, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville, surrounded by his entire family.
He was born May 5, 1943, in Noblesville, to Homer Edward and Maxine (Lane) King.
He was a 1961 graduate of Noblesville High School and married Beverly Sue Femyer in 1964. He proudly served his country for 10 years, with the U.S. Navy, and was a Vietnam veteran. He then spent 30 years with General Motors, retiring in 2003. He was a member of the Noblesville Eagle's Lodge; and he enjoyed gardening, shuffle board, sports (especially basketball and the Yankees), and fishing. He was an avid NASCAR fan; and will be dearly missed by many.
In addition to his wife Beverly, survivors include three daughters, Jackie Nasser, Jill Meredith and Angie King; two brothers, Jay King and Carl King; eight grandchildren, Jordan, Korey, Jade, Adam, Max, Collin, Tyler and Jayci; one great-grandson, Karson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesivlle. Visitation is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2017, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
