a. Third Reading of Ordinance Z-670-21; An Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, Amending the WestClay Village Planned Unit Development District Ordinance; Sponsor: Councilor Rider. Remains in the Land Use and Special Studies Committee.

Synopsis:

Ordinance amends the WestClay Village Planned Unit Development District, as amended, to apply the five hundred (500) foot setback from residentially used property for gas station pumps, pump islands and vent pipes set forth in Ordinance Z-669-21 to the WestClay PUD district.

a. Resolution CC-01-10-22-01: A Resolution of the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, Authorizing the Investment of Public Funds Pursuant to IC 5-13-9-5; Sponsor(s): Councilor(s) Rider, Aasen, Campbell, Finkam and Worrell.

Synopsis:

This resolution authorizes the solicitation of quotes for, and investment in, certificates of deposit.

b. Resolution CC-01-10-22-02: A Resolution of the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, Approving a Transfer of Funds Between the Grant Fund (CFD)(#900) and the General Fund (#101); Sponsor(s): Councilor(s) Rider, Aasen, Campbell and Worrell.

Synopsis:

Transfers $75,033.90 from the Grant Fund (CFD)(#900) to the General Fund (#101) so that reimbursements received from the Federal Emergency Management Agency can be used to pay overtime worked by CFD firefighters.
