  • BlueSky cuts blue ribbon
    8/16/2017 Noblesville mayor John Ditslear, city officials, BlueSky owners Todd Irwin and Eric Warne, and representatives from the contracting firm Meyer Najem and American Structurepoint at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new BlueSky facility. The building will house BlueSky office spaces and a Bru Burger Bar that will open on a future date.

    Maintaining turf grass can be expensive in time, money, and inputs like fertilizers and pesticides. Many properties are shifting to restoring these areas to beautiful plantings of native meadows or rain gardens to save money, improve their environment, and create a recreational asset for the community.

  • 4/4/2017 Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear is inviting the public to attend the 13th Annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast, scheduled for 7 a.m. May 4 at White River Christian Church, 1685 N. 10th St., Noblesville.

    Tickets are $25 per person or $175 for a table of eight. All proceeds will be donated to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Chaplaincy Program.

  • Noblesville Hires new City Controller
    2/5/2017 Jeffrey Spalding has been hired as the new city controller. Spalding will begin his new role Feb. 27.

    "Jeff has a wealth of experience in finance and management. He knows numbers, but he also knows a great deal about policy and government. I believe he will be a great benefit to our city in his new role," said Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear.

    12/16/2016 Big brother Larry Hammond has been matched with his "little" Dusty for almost a year. Dusty is 14 years old. They enjoy doing yardwork together, celebrating birthdays, and even experienced Dusty's first airplane ride together.

    Larry and Dusty are a part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, an organization that places an adult with a child in order to foster healthy mentor relationships.
