Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Noblesville Parks and Recreation Department and Hare Chevrolet will host the annual free Easter Egg Hunt Saturday at Forest Park, 701 Cicero Road.

Children are invited to come and enjoy lots of fun activities beginning at 10 a.m. at Shelter 5, including a bounce house and DJ.

Of course, the event's guest of honor will be the Easter Bunny who will be making a special appearance to have pictures taken with boys and girls.

The Egg Hunt includes four age groups for children up to 10 years old, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-10, and will begin at 11 a.m. sharp. No registration is required to participate.

Prior to the event, the Noblesville Sunrisers Kiwanis will play host to its annual pancake breakfast in the Forest Park Inn from 8 to 10:30 a.m. The menu includes pancakes, sausage, juice, coffee and milk.

Cost is $5 per person and all proceeds will benefit a children's charity.

offers Easter Egg hunt

Community Storage, 20250 Hague Road, Noblesville, has scheduled an Easter Egg hunt, 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

There will be popcorn, prizes, giveaways and the Easter Bunny.

Lions Club serving up

pancake breakfast

Wayne-Fall Lions Club is serving up its annual Palm Sunday Pancake Breakfast this Sunday.

The club will serve from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the club, 11940 E. 191st St., Noblesville.

The menu will feature the club's special pancakes with or without blueberries, sausage, bacon, eggs made to order, orange juice, coffee, and milk. There will be toppings available.

Freewill donations will help with the Lions community service projects.

The club is located on the north side if 191st Street, about three miles east of Indiana 37 at Deshane Avenue.

Free community Easter Egg hunt

Come join the fun at the annual Community Easter Egg Hunt, Wednesday.

The hunt will be at the Hamilton County 4-H Fairgrounds, 2003 Pleasant St., Noblesville.

Youth ages 8 and under are invited to hunt for eggs filled with candy and prizes. Please bring your own basket.

Egg hunt for ages 0-2 will begin at 6:05 p.m., ages 3-5 begins at 6:10 p.m. and ages 6-8 begins at 6:15 p.m.

Farm animals will be available for petting and photos. Youth can have their face painted for a monetary donation. Proceeds will go to Good Samaritan and Third Phase.

Adult Easter egg hunt

at Blackhawk Winery

SHERIDAN - Blackhawk Winery & Vineyard in Sheridan has scheduled its second annual

Adult Easter Egg Hunt 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. April 15.

Structured for adults only, each ticket includes participation in a hunt for Easter eggs containing chocolate and prizes in the vineyard, a glass of wine, and a quality wine tumbler to take home. There will be drawings for great prizes, live music all day long, and food available.

Tickets are $20 per person and reservations are recommended as tickets are limited.

Emmanuel United Methodist Church

Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 16000 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, will play host to an Easter Egg Hunt immediately following its 4 p.m. service April 15.

The hunt is for children ages 3 through third grade. No registration is necessary.

Easter Bunny

at House of Z

CARMEL - The Easter Bunny will make an appearance at House of Z, 727 Hanover Place, Carmel, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. April 15, to visit with children of all ages. Families will be able to take photos with the Easter Bunny and enjoy candy, an arts & crafts station and a free gift with a $50 purchase during their time at House of Z.

In addition, IndyCLAW, an animal rescue group in Indianapolis, will be at the event with bunnies available for adoption. The bunnies are indoor house rabbits that have been spayed/neutered.
