WESTFIELD – A man walked into the Huntington Bank, 3560 Ind. 32, Westfield, asked to make a withdraw, handed the teller a note demanding money, but fled the bank for taking any cash.

The incident occurred just before 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

Westfield Police were dispatched and learned the suspect, described as a black male in his early 30s, fled the bank on foot.

Officers from the Noblesville Police Department and a K9 from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office assisted with a perimeter and track. However, the suspect was not located.

The suspect was wearing a striped knit hat, black jacket, he has a beard and black rimmed glasses.
