Carmel Plan Commission

6 p.m. Tuesday, City Hall Caucus Rooms, second floor, 1 Civic Square, Carmel. Tom Wood Lexus seeks approval to remodel and expand current dealership. Huntington Bank seeks approval to build 3,180-square-foot bank on 1.994 acres at 1215 Range Line Road. Indiana Members Credit Union seeks approval of a new sign, awnings, and three drive through ATMs. Townhomes at Grand and Main request approval to build a 76-unit townhome development on 12852 Old Meridian St.

Clay Township Board

6 p.m. Tuesday, John W. Hensel Government Center, 10701 College Ave., Indianapolis. First the board will elect chairman and secretary for 2016. Then the board will establish a newspaper record for 2016. They will also discuss Carmel Clay Park board appointment, board meeting schedule, the annual report meeting, and minor transfers within the 2015 budget.
