  • Clyde F. Ranney
    3/21/2018 Clyde F. Ranney, 82, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018, at Riverview Health. He was born on April 14, 1935, to Ralph and Ruby Ranney in Lebanon, Indiana.

    Mr. Ranney proudly served his country in the United States Army, and retired from Firestone after 29 years as a machinist. He was a past member of Lebanon First Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing and Harley Davidson motorcycles. Mr. Ranney also loved German Shepherd dogs, watching Western movies, and working in his garden.

    He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patsy Ranney; children, Sherry (Patrick) O'Brian, Jeanne (Teddy) Tittle, Gary Ranney, and Angela "Angie" (Ron) Casey; siblings, Charles (Judy) Ranney, Winnie Mae Powell, Myrtle Robertson, and Charlene Fisher; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
  • 3/21/2018 Eugene "Bud" Baitz, 94, of Atlanta, Indiana, passed away March 19, 2018, at Miller's Merry Manor at Tipton, Indiana.

    He was born May 29, 1923 near Atlanta to Arthur Henry and Ruth Magdalene (Langolf) Baitz.

    He was born Dec. 11, 1951, at Pennington Gap, Virginia, to Leroy and Violet Marie (Justus) Stapleton. 
  • 3/21/2018 Steven Strauss, 62, of Fishers, passed unexpectedly away on Monday, March 19, 2018, at his home. He was born on Dec. 10, 1955, to Phil and Joan (Abstine) Strauss in Indianapolis, Indiana.

    Derek Andrew Hayes, 33, of Cicero, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018, at Riverview Health in Noblesville.

    He was born on April 10, 1984, in Tipton, Indiana, to Carol Hayes.

    On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, the Knights of Columbus lost a fellow brother, Joseph Lewis Meszaros.

    Mr. Meszaros was born Jan. 20, 1951, at Passau, Germany to Joseph and Ilona (Nagy) Meszaros.

    Richard Neal Blighton, 71, of Pendleton, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at his home.

    He was born on Jan. 5, 1947, to Oran and Edna "Babe" (Coverdale) Blighton in Noblesville.

    3/15/2018 Mary Grace (Stafford) Holmes-Pickett, 88, of Sheridan, was called home on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. She was born on Nov. 19, 1929, to the late Bernard and Flavia (Rector) Stafford.

    Ronald D. May, 70, of Fishers, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.

    He was born on July 14, 1947, to Ronald H. and Mildred M. (Lynch) May in Decatur, Illinois.

  • Christopher A. Dell
    3/14/2018 Chris was a 1982 graduate of Noblesville High School and was on the state runner-up football team of 1979. He was a truck driver for Chem Station of Carmel for 24 years, and enjoyed fishing on the White River and outdoor activities.

    Chris is survived by his sister, Beverly (Leonard) Morgan; grandson, Damion Dell; and brothers, Bruce (Charline) Dell, Kenneth (Tina) Dell and Michael Dell.

    Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with a short service to follow visitation.
