Harry Elbert Pattison passed away Sept. 2, 2017.

He was born Aug. 13, 1927 to Eliab and Ellen (Somerville) Pattison, immigrants from England and Ireland.

Orphaned at an early age, he was raised by his older sisters in Bedford. He joined the Navy Seabees during World War II, serving in the Pacific Theater. After the war, he worked skillfully as an auto-body repair technician for the next sixty years.

He will be missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Joanne (Blaydes) Pattison and their sons, Steven and David.





Joanne (Blaydes) Pattison passed away Sept. 7, 2017.

She was born Feb. 10, 1932, to the late Fred and Viola (Slaughter) Blaydes in Indianapolis.

She grew up on a farm in New Palestine on the east side of Indianapolis.

Survivors include two sons, David and Steven.

She was preceded in death be her husband of 67 years Harry Ebert Pattison.

A Celebration of their lives will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday Sept. 16, 2017, at MCL Cafeteria, 1390 Keystone way, Carmel IN 46032.
