Jimmie H Lewis, 69, of Noblesville, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville.

He was born Feb. 4, 1948, to Charles E and Hazel E (Chambers) Lewis in Virginia.
He had been a fabrication engineer designer for Carter Enterprises. He proudly served his country as with the U.S. Army Infantry, where he was a Sergeant and a Vietnam War veteran. He enjoyed playing golf, but his greatest love was for his family.

Survivors include his daughter, Kimberly Lewis; sister, Denise (Steve) Coverdale; two grandsons, Brett & Chad Colbert; and nieces and nephews, Deborah Harber, Jerome Dean, Kristofer Lewis, Josh Lewis, and Jake and Luke Coverdale.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Lewis; sister, Virginia Charlene Carter; grandmother, Edith Chambers; and uncle, Vernon Sizemore.
A memorial service is scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with visitation scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. Rev. Richard D. Bell will officiate.
