The Husky tennis team lost a home match to Western Wednesday night by a score of 3-2. On a night that honored the team's three senior players (Hawkins Hochstedler, Adam Gross, and Zane Remsen) and one senior manager (Emily Peterson), Heights fought hard to pull out two victories. Senior Adam Gross won at #3 singles and Hudson Hochstedler fought back from a set down to pull out his match at #2 singles.

"Whether we won or lost tonight, this was going to be a great night," said Coach Cameron Scott. "This is a special group of seniors we've got, and I've been really proud to be their coach the last several years. Hawkins, Hudson, Adam, and Emily, our manager, have meant a great deal to this program, and it was special to be able to honor them tonight."

The JV team lost as well, 2-3, but got wins from Ethan Hall and the doubles team of Liam Huss and Jake Martin.

The loss moved the varsity record to one match above .500 at 8-7 and JV moved to 3-5-1.
