The struggles for the Heights football program continued Friday night in their 31-7 loss to Tipton.

The first quarter saw Tipton make one field goal, putting the Blue Devils up 3-0, but under one minute in to the second, Tipton's Peyton Carter scored on a seven yard run and Nate Slack made the extra point putting Tipton up 10-0 with 11:23 left in the half.

Sebastian Connor got his name on the stat sheet for Tipton a few minutes later making a seven yard run of his own, giving Tipton a 17-0 lead over the Huskies.

Heights didn't give up that easily though, as Husky Tyler Andis threw a 41 yard pass to Camron Knott for the touchdown on the final play of the half, making the score 17-7, Tipton. Owen Powell kicked the extra point for Heights.

That touchdown would be the only one for the Huskies on the night, but Tipton wasn't done yet. With just over eight minutes left in the third, Tipton connected again on a 10 yard pass to increase their lead to 24-7.

One more touchdown for Tipton would finish the night for the Huskies, as Heights dropped to 0-4 on the season while the Devils move to 4-0 to keep their undefeated season alive.

Heights plays again next week at Northwestern.
