The Huskies fell short against the Kokomo Wildcats 3-1. The Huskies played a great possession game and out shot the Wildcats 7-2 in the first half but couldnt find the back of the net. Thirteen minutes into the second half the Wildcats were awarded a free kick about 30 yards out that they placed out of the reach of the Huskies goal keeper. With 14 minutes to go the Wildcats had a fast transition that they were able to convert when they chipped the Huskies goalie. Their final goal came when the Wildcats were awarded a PK. The Huskies never gave up and found the back of the net with 4:30 left in the half when Drew Tomaszewski found Zach Clark on the back post to make the final score 3-1.
