The Rocks fell to the Fishers Tigers at home Friday night 27-17. The Rocks, who have struggled as of late after losing senior running back Nate Froelich to a neck injury a couple of weeks ago, were tied 0-0 after one quarter. The Tigers scored early in the second to take the 6-0 lead. Soon after WHS QB Cam Nance ran it in to score for the Rocks, putting the home team up one. The third quarter saw a second and third TD from the Tigers and one field goal from WHS and the score was 21-10 Tigers going into the final quarter. Westfield made a final push as Nance connected with Kaleb Pettijohn for a 12-yard TD, but it wasn't enough to hold off the Tigers. The Rocks play next week at Brebeuf Prep for the final regular season game of the year.
