GIRLS SOCCER

The Trailblazers played against a tough Cardinal Ritter team Tuesday night. The game was back and forth from the very first whistle. Unfortunately, neither team could find the back of the net. The Trailblazers tied 0-0. The Trailblazers face International School of Indiana tomorrow at home at 5 p.m.

BOYS CROSS COUNTRY

The University High School Trailblazers had a stellar performance at their first home meet of the season, defeating Clinton Central and Tri-West in a three-team meet. Sophomore Noah Laramore ran his best race yet, taking 1st place with a time of 17:45. Freshman Keegan Priest ran an amazing race, finishing 5th with a time of 20:03, as did sophomore Jacob Sager, finishing 6th with a time of 20:05. The full varsity lineup -- sophomore Cordell Wilson, senior Noah Thomas, junior Neil Pettinga, and junior Ben Westerkamm -- banded together to win this one.

VOLLEYBALL

University beat Anderson Prep in three sets. Senior Clare Little led the way with 10 service aces.

GIRLS GOLF

University girls golf played a solid round at Twin Bridges Tuesday night, shooting a 236. The Blazers were led by freshman Molly Bickle, who was the round medalist with a 48, which is also her career best score on nine holes.

The Blazer girls golfers head to their PAAC conference tournament Thursday.
