The Noblesville Boys Volleyball Club posted a four-set victory over top-ranked Carmel at The Mill Tuesday.

Carmel came into the match ranked No. 1 in the state according to the Indiana Boys Volleyball Coaches Association poll. Noblesville was ranked two spots behind as No. 3.

In the best of five series, Noblesville scored a close victory in the first set, 26-24. The second set went to the Greyhounds, 20-25. Noblesville came back to win the next two sets, 25-21 and 25-18.

The Junior Varsity squad won their best of three match in straight sets, 25-13 and 25-13.

The Millers now begin a road streak, travelling to Brownsburg and Franklin over the next week. NBVC is home again 6 p.m. April 20 to take on Bishop Chatard.

Admission is free to all NHS and NEMS students and staff; adult admission is $5, with a $2 discount for those over age 65, and children elementary school aged are admitted for $1.
