  • 2.5 mile Fun Run/Walk

    Brought to you by: The Times, The Historic Roads Hotel, and approved by the town of Atlanta, Ind.

    Race Location: The town of Atlanta, beginning at the Historic Roads Hotel located at 150 E. Main St., Atlanta. Registration begins at 9 a.m. with the Race starting at 10 a.m.

    Course Description: Slightly uneven. Beginning at the Historic Roads Hotel, then circling Atlanta twice via town streets and ending back at the Historic Roads Hotel. Course total length is 2.5 miles.

    Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the fastest runners (Youth and Adult). Both first and second place.

    Proceeds: Benefits the News in Education (N.I.E.) program of The Times.

    Entry Cost: $20 per adult participant, $15 for youth ages 15-18, $10 for children 14 and below, or $60 for family (Not to exceed four family members).
