Holiday preview shopping event at Carmel City Center

Join the Shops at Carmel City Center on Saturday, Nov. 6 from 2-6 p.m. for a Holiday Preview Shopping Event! Visitors can kick-start their holiday shopping with the locally owned merchants at Carmel City Center while sipping on wine and Peppermint White Russians at four of the participating Shops.

Complimentary wine tastings and Peppermint White Russians will be available at 317 Home, Beauty+Grace, Endeavor Boutique and Hey Little Diddle, along with some light hors d’oeuvres at select Shops. Participating Shops will have special holiday promotions. Addendum will offer a free holiday Nest votive candle with purchase of any Nest holiday product. Uplift Intimate Apparel will offer 20% off select sleepwear, while supplies last. Lily & Sparrow will offer 15% off your purchase of $100 or more. Linden Tree will offer 20% off all Happy Everything products and customers receive a free limited-edition attachment with the purchase of a base, while supplies last. Endeavor will offer 20% off regular price items and graphic t-shirts buy one get one 50% off. 317 Home will raffle off a one litre pot of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, one tin of Clear Chalk Pain Wax and an Annie Sloan original stencil. Bath Junkie will offer $10 off every $100 spent that afternoon and complimentary samples of lotions in a variety of holiday fragrances for all shoppers. Nine + roxy will offer 25% off all vintage goods.

During the event, visitors can enter to win a $75 gift certificate at 14 Districts Weekend, Addendum and Linden Tree when they visit those shops.

Carmel City Center is located at the southwest corner of City Center Drive and Rangeline Road. Parking is available along the street and surface parking is available on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive) and in the underground garage (accessible from Range Line Road as well as City Center Drive) and in the Veterans Way garage.

Pedcor is also in various stages of lease negotiations with other restaurant, retail and service concepts.

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010. The penthouse condominiums are all committed. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space.

Carmel City Center is the location for The Center for the Performing Arts, which includes a 1,600 seat world-class concert hall named “The Palladium,” a 500-seat theater named “The Tarkington” and a 200-seat black box theater. Carmel City Center’s boutique hotel, Hotel Carmichael, is now open as part of the Autograph Hotel Collection, Marriott’s independent lifestyle brand. Feinstein’s, Vivante French Eatery and Adagio Lounge are open in Hotel Carmichael. Carter Green in Carmel City Center is also home to the Carmel Farmers Market, Carmel Christkindlmarkt and The Ice. This pedestrian-based master plan development is located at the southwest corner of Range Line Road and City Center Drive (126th Street). The Monon Greenway runs directly through the project. Carmel City Center was developed as a public/private partnership between the City of Carmel, Pedcor City Center Development Company and numerous developers.
