Wayne F. White, 71, of Noblesville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, at Community Hospital of Anderson with family by his side.

He was born May 26, 1950 in Noblesville to Carroll White and Frances (Davis) White.

Mr. White graduated from Lapel High School in 1968. He worked at Diamler Chrysler in Kokomo for 18 years. He also served in the United States Air Force for 20 years.

He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and sibling. He enjoyed working on projects with his brother, Dennis. He enjoyed building Lego’s with Blake, playing any games with Sierra that she wanted him to, teaching Lindsey to drive, and Riding his buggy and making forts with Melanie.

Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Linda L. White of Noblesville; three sons, Jeff White, Brian M. (Jamie) White and Erik A. (Rebecca) White of Lapel; brother, Dennis L. White of Zionsville; two sisters, Carolyn S. Eiler of Pendleton and Sidney M. Myers of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Sierra White, Mealanie and Lindsey Fulcher and Blake Beachboard; nieces and nephews, Kim Eiler (Jeff) Daywalt, Russ (Peggy) Eiler and Wendy (Chad) Geiger; great-nieces and nephews, Cheyenne and Kaylee Granger, Jesse Diaz and Jimmy Gunterman; great-great-nephew, Jesse Thomas; many counsins; and special friends, Jim Prather, Larry Sylvester, Mike Kean and many more.

He was preceded in death by both parents; step-sons, Wendel and Lindel Beachboard; infant sister, Frances Diane White; and great-nephew, Tray Pruett.

A Funeral Service is scheduled to be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021, at Hersberger-Bozell Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street in Lapel, with Pastor Andy Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery in Lapel. Visitation is planned to be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Hersberger-Bozell Funeral Home. The family would like all visitors to wear sweatpants in memory of Mr. White. American Legion Rites will be performed by the Lapel American Legion Post 212.
