Reader Says Save Power on Lights

Dear Editor,

I am sending a message to all area residents:  Please turn off your Christmas lights before and during the snow storm. This will lessen the chance of a power outage as our furnaces will be operating full speed to keep us warm along with all of the Christmas cooking and baking. Remember, we are all in this together.
