CICERO - The Kiwanis Club of Cicero conducted it Roadblock for Riley Hospital, Sept. 23.

Members volunteered to man several intersections to collect money for Riley Hospital for Children.

The club raised more than $3,200. All money collected is donated to support the efforts of the hospital.

"Indiana Kiwanis has supported Riley Hospital for almost 100 years, raising money and awareness for four years before it was even built!" said Martyn Furnish, Cicero Kiwanis president. "We are proud to be part of it and proud of the local community for their generosity. This year our focus with Riley is on early autism detection. This has now been reduced from average age of 63 months to average age of 39 months in Indiana."
