William E. "Bill" Forkner, 79, of Noblesville, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021.
He was born on Aug. 24, 1941 to the late Lester and Mary (Buscher) Forkner in Castleton, Ind.
Mr. Forkner was a graduate of Tipton High School and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired after 30 years with Noblesville Casting and then worked for Interstate Foundry for 10 years.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Patsy Cummins Forkner; children, Terry (Mike) Merritt, Chuck (Amy) Forkner, and Bryan (Patricia) Forkner; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Betty Jo (Floyd) Cook and Cora Ellen (Weldon) Freeman.
Services will be held at 7 p.m., with visitation from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville. Bill's friends, Harold Collins and Tony Pryor will officiate.
