CSO presents specially-priced family concerts January through March at Palladium at CPA
Carmel Symphony Orchestra under Artistic Director Janna Hymes is presenting three family-oriented events packaged together at one special price during the new year’s first quarter, all at the Palladium at the Center for the Performing Arts.
Included are:
• Family Fun Concert
Sunday, Jan. 23, 3 p.m.
An extraordinary, interactive introduction for children to some of the world’s greatest orchestral classics.
• Beethoven Lives Upstairs: A Classical Kids Live! Event
Saturday, Feb. 19, 4 p.m.
A youngster learns the genius of Beethoven, the torment of his deafness, and the beauty of his music.
• Side-by-Side with Fishers High School
Sunday, March 6, 4 p.m.
A music mentoring experience as CSO musicians perform advanced symphonic music alongside members of the Fishers High School orchestra. Additionally, this year’s Young Artist Competition winner, Carmel High School senior violinist Abigail Ko, will perform with the CSO at this concert.
