June Sip & Shop at Carmel City Center

Carmel City Center is hosting a Sip & Shop event on Saturday, June 4th from 12 to 3 p.m. Visitors are invited to join the Shops at Carmel  City Center for special sales and promotions and complimentary libations at four of the businesses.

Complimentary white wine tastings and a spiked punch cocktail of vodka, orange juice, pineapple juice and ginger ale will be available at Endeavor Boutique, Linden Tree Gifts, Magic Hat Barber Shop and Out of the Blue Polish Pottery. The following participating Shops will have special promotions during the event:

Bath Junkie: Customers will receive a free sample with any purchase while supplies last and special promotions on pajamas and slippers.

317 Charcuterie: Enjoy 15% off dine-in boards during the event.

Kits & Kaboodle Classic Toys: Enjoy a character Meet & Greet + Show at Kits & Kaboodle from 11am-1pm featuring Mary Poppins and the Superhero Batman.

Endeavor Boutique: Enjoy 20% off your purchase of $70 or more during the event.

Uplift Intimate Apparel: Enter to win a $50 gift card and receive a gift with purchase during the event.

In addition, visitors can enter to win a $75 gift certificate at 317Home, Bath Junkie and Fishman Fine Jewelers when they visit those shops during the Sip & Shop event.

Hey Little Diddle, a baby and child boutique offering designer clothing in a neutral color palette from sustainable, ethical brands from birth to 7 years of age is debuting their new, second location within the Center focusing on baby gifts and accessories on Saturday, June 4th as well. Visitors can enter to win a $75 gift card and enjoy snacks and goodie bags. The new Hey Little Diddle shop is located at 736 Hanover Place, suite 100F.

Mark your calendars! Carmel City Center will host another Sip & Shop Block Party event on Saturday, August 6th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Holiday Sip & Shop events are planned later in the year on Saturday, November 5th from 2 to 6 p.m. and again on Saturday, December 3rd from 12 to 3 p.m.

The following restaurants, retailers and offices are currently open in Phase I of Carmel City Center: 14 Districts, 317 Charcuterie, 317Home, Addendum, Bath Junkie, beauty + grace, divvy, Eggshell Bistro, Fishman Fine Jewelers, Guardian Wells, Harrison & Moberly, LLP, Hey Little Diddle, The Imperial Spa, InCycle, IndyFit, The Ink Pad, Julie Browning Bova Design, Kits & Kaboodle Classic Toys, Lily & Sparrow Boutique, Linden Tree Gifts, Manelé Café, Matt the Miller’s Tavern, Megan Danielle Skincare, Out of the Blue Polish Pottery, Pure Concepts Salon, Purple Ink LLC, Stretch Zone, Tucci’s, Uplift Intimate Apparel and The Yoga Studio. Pedcor is also in various stages of lease negotiations with other restaurant, retail and service concepts.

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010. The penthouse condominiums are all committed. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space.
