Angela Marie Rail-Fernandez
July 21, 1971 – June 26, 2022
Angela Marie Rail-Fernandez, 50, of Noblesville, passed away June 26, 2022.
She was born July 21, 1971 in Indianapolis, IN, daughter of Glenn Shepard and Dorothy Bisesi.
As a Hamilton County 911 dispatcher, Mrs. Rail-Fernandez helped many people through difficult times. Before her cancer diagnosis, she ended her work career as an Insurance Claim dispatcher for Elevate Claims Solutions.
She loved to laugh and was one of the funniest people ever. She would cause others to smile and laugh even if they did not feel like it. Mrs. Rail-Fernandez was truly a strong lady and was a fighter especially during her battle with cancer.
She fiercely lived and loved with every fiber of her being. She was a wonderful mother, whose world centered around her children. She will be remembered as an unstoppable force who made miracles happen. In addition to helping her children know they were special, she left behind a powerful impact through her children, teaching them to be nonjudgmental.
Mrs. Rail-Fernandez also loved her husband very much. She loved her animals as well. She was very intelligent and always challenged herself to continue growing, learning, and becoming all she could be. She chose to care about the world and stay educated on current events. Mrs. Rail-Fernandez was open to new ideas and withheld judgement. Her legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren. They will live life to the fullest, stand up for what is right, champion education, and celebrate life’s precious moments. Every trip to Disney World and every Christmas morning will be forever filled with her beautiful, fun, and loving spirit for years to come.
“You are deeply loved and greatly missed.”
