Noblesville Masons Clean Up Their Adopted Street By The Times of Noblesville | October 25, 2022 (Photo by Mark Winemiller courtesy of Jake Waterman)Last Saturday morning, the Masons of Noblesville Lodge No. 57 gathered, for the second time this year, for their street cleanup with participating Masons, Chris Hurlock (chairman, from left), Jake Waterman, Jerry Matlock, Gene Beck and Ron Williamson. Mark Winemiller was on the back side of the camera. The Masons several years ago joined the Noblesville Adopt-A-Street program, which assists the Noblesville Street Department in keeping the city beautiful. Groups select a city street to clean at least twice during their year-long commitment; the Masons do cleanup spring and fall on their adopted street, which is Hague Road from 196th Street to Carrigan Road in Noblesville. The street department provided the Masons with safety vests, garbage bags and gloves and picked up and disposed of all trash bags and debris collected in the right-of-way following the work day. A sign with their organization name is posted in their cleanup area on Hague Road just south of Noblesville West Middle School bus garage. Posted in Local News
