Carolyn Martha Casselberry

Carolyn Martha Casselberry, 77, of Carmel, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville.
She was born on Oct. 1, 1945 to the late Odd and Martha (Johansen) Carlsen in Monmouth, New Jersey.
Ms. Casselberry proudly served her country in the Tennessee Guard Reserve and then as a nurse in the United States Army during Desert Storm. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College, graduated from West Suburban Nursing School and worked as a nurse for most of her life. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Anglican Church in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Ms. Casselberry was very musical, playing the piano and playing the flute in her high school band. Carolyn also published poetry and enjoyed collecting and organizing family photos.
Survivors include her 3 daughters Bridgette McClaran, as well as twin daughters, Brenda Casselberry and Linda Casselberry; brother Ken (Linda) Carlsen; sister Judith Ann Carlsen; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and 1 great-nephew.
Visitation is scheduled to be from 12 p.m., noon to 2 p.m., with services scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville. The Rev. Dr. Jim Farrer will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
