New Businesses At Carmel City Center

Carmel City Center is pleased to announce the addition of four new businesses to its mix of offerings. Sever Storey Walker opened earlier this year and FlexWerk recently opened. Little Tulip Tree and Aroma Indian Cuisine will be opening soon.

Sever Storey Walker, a leading eminent domain and condemnation law firm with clients located throughout the United States recently relocated their office to Carmel City Center at 742 S. Rangeline Road. Sever Storey Walker focuses on assisting and advising landowners facing eminent domain and/or condemnation. The attorneys of Sever Storey Walker have over 50 years of combined legal experience of protecting the rights of landowners.

“Carmel City Center is the perfect location for our office,” said Philip Sever. “Our staff and clients enjoy the proximity of so many unique shops and restaurants as well as the events at the Center.”

FlexWerk, a coworking space focused on fitness opened earlier this month. The new facility located at 885 Monon Green Blvd, Suite 120, in Carmel City Center provides hourly access to private, premium, personalized fitness FlexSpaces where people can workout, train clients, promote fitness brands, or all of the above. From lighting and music to the immersive technology suite – every session can be the same or different. With a pay as you use business model that removes memberships and contracts, FlexWerk offers a full-service, customizable ecosystem for individuals or fitness professionals with reservations starting at $16 per hour. FlexWerk is staffed and open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Owners, Steve & Janis Pirt, spouses, business partners, and fitness professionals are eager to welcome guests to the new FlexWerk space. “We are so excited to showcase the innovative built-in technology and the high-end fitness equipment sourced directly from Italy,” said Steve. “FlexWerk offers a unique opportunity for fitness professionals or anyone interested in utilizing the best equipment in the market.”

Little Tulip Tree, the sixth Beaufort Bonnet Company Signature store, will open later this spring in the Nash Building at 840 S. Rangeline Road.  The Beaufort Bonnet Company creates upscale items for babies and children born with a refined sense of style. Founded in 2012, the company evolved from a few styles rooted in Beaufort, SC to a lifestyle children’s brand headquartered in Lexington, KY.

Featuring a light and airy coastal vibe, Little Tulip Tree will offer the Beaufort Bonnet brand clothing and accessories from infant to size 14 along with an assortment of books and toys. The signature bonnet will be available year-round in a variety of fabrics from seersucker for spring and summer to felt for winter. Monogramming will also be available for purchase in-store to personalize items.

Aroma Indian Cuisine will open its 3rd location at Carmel City Center later this summer at 885 Monon Green Blvd, suite 108. Owner Vinita Singh has been offering signature Indian dishes to the Indianapolis area for over three years. Whether you’re looking for Indian street food or classics such as Butter Chicken, marinated Lamb Shank, Chicken Tikka Masala and their signature goat dishes, Aroma offers a full bar and upscale dining experience. Aroma will also accommodate private parties and groups of up to 90 guests in an inviting and relaxing space.

Aroma Indian Cuisine will be open daily for lunch and dinner.
