Prevail, Inc. Names Tami Wanninger As New Executive Director
Prevail, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for victims of crime and abuse, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tami Wanninger as its new Executive Director.
“Tami’s dedication to serving others is evident in her entire career history, which has been focused on non-profit leadership,” said board president Debbie Johnson. “Tami’s dedication to giving back extends beyond her professional work, as she has generously given her time and expertise to numerous boards, committees, and volunteering efforts in the community. With her deep roots and strong relationships in Hamilton County, we are confident that Tami is the right leader to guide Prevail into the future.”
Wanninger is a 25 year Hamilton County resident, and has spent the last 29 years at Noble, Inc. Throughout her tenure at Noble, Wanninger consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the company’s mission and values, excelling in her roles over the years. Most recently, she held the role of Assistant Vice President of Quality, Customer Service, and Regulatory Compliance.
Wanninger demonstrated her expertise in program leadership by managing high-budget initiatives. She also excelled at strategically fundraising to support the organization’s mission and spearheaded compliance efforts with federal grants. Wanninger’s contributions were instrumental in advancing Noble’s goals and ensuring its continued success.
“I am thrilled to take on the role of Executive Director and lead this incredible organization to new heights. Prevail is such an impactful organization helping so many in our community. I’m honored to lead Prevail forward,” said Wanninger.
Caroline Dutkanych, who has served as Prevail’s Interim Executive Director since January 23, 2023, is a collaborative transitional leadership professional, serving Central Indiana nonprofits for more than 20 years. Dutkanych will be providing onboarding support as Wanninger transitions into her new leadership role at Prevail.
Wanninger will begin in her new role on May 22.
