Paradigm Health Celebrates 10 Years Of Service To Central Indiana; Announces Leadership Transitions
Paradigm Health, a hospice and palliative care company, is celebrating 10 years of service to the Central Indiana business and public communities.
Paradigm Health is a certified and recognized industry leader and innovator as a hospice and palliative care provider. Already established as a compassionate end-of-life hospice care provider, Paradigm Health was the first in the nation to receive accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for their community-based approach to palliative care.
Beyond this caregiving service milestone, Paradigm Health founder and board member Jeff Jarecki also announced two recent internal leadership promotions. Serving as Paradigm Health chief operating officer for the past five years, Andrew Worswick has been promoted to president. Jenna Grimes, previously chief compliance officer, has been promoted to COO.
“Paradigm Health will remain mission-driven, and our main focus will be to support and invest in our caregiving team,” says Worswick. “We strive to prioritize making our team feel valued, heard and supported along our mission to become the employer of choice. In turn, this investment into our team translates into unparalleled customer service and quality care along our journey to become the provider of choice for patients and families needing hospice or palliative care.”
