Noblesville Leads Way in Real Estate

As a surprise to no one, real estate is still hot in Hamilton County – especially Noblesville.

In contrast to the rest of Hamilton County, Noblesville saw home sale prices increase in August, compared to August of 2023. The number of homes sold also decreased, while homes remained on the market longer than this time last year. According to the F.C. Tucker company:

Noblesville, August:

• The average sale price of a Noblesville home increased 0.7 percent to $422,541 in August.
• The average price per square foot also increased, up 4.9 percent to $164.86.
• The number of closed home sales decreased 10.8 percent compared to this time last year.
• Homes in Noblesville remained on the market 12.5 percent longer than in August 2023, selling in 18 days on average.

Hamilton County, August:

• Pended home sales increased 1 percent, compared to August 2023.
• Available inventory increased 26.9 percent compared to last year.
• The average home sale price decreased by 10.7 percent to $450,555, compared to August of last year.
