New Flag Retirement Receptacle

Hamilton County Veterans Service Officer Tom Logan, left, stands with County Surveyor Kent Ward as they announce the availability of a new receptacle for retired United States flags. The receptacle was provided by the National Association of Counties and distributed to Indiana counties by the Indiana Association of Counties.  The receptacle was presented to Logan by Ward who is a member of both the national and state association’s board of directors. The receptacle is located in the Veteran Service Office, first floor of the Government and Judicial Center in Noblesville.
