Sen. Walker Shares Update

This session, I coauthored Senate Bill 111 to support living organ donors. This bill would prohibit insurance companies from limiting or denying coverage to living organ donors, like those Hoosiers who donate a kidney.

The goal of SB 111 is to provide an extra layer of protection for living organ donors and ensure they get fair treatment from insurance companies.

It’s my pleasure to work with fellow State Senators on this bipartisan issue to assist a generous group of people. State Sen. Kyle Walker represents District 31 which includes portions of Hamilton and Marion counties.
