Health Department Offers Webinars on Teen Vaping, Internet Safety
The Hamilton County Health Department will host a series of free webinars focused on children’s health in 2025. The webinars, led by experts in the field, aim to provide valuable information and resources to parents and caregivers in the community.
The webinars will cover a range of topics crucial to children’s well-being. Each session will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Scheduled Webinars:
- March 19: How to Tell If Your Teen is Vaping
- June 4: CPR Instruction for Children
- June 18: Internet Safety Class for Parents
- Aug. 20: Back to School Immunizations
Jason LeMaster, Administrator of the Hamilton County Health Department, says the webinars are designed to foster a healthier community. “Our goal is to empower parents and caregivers with the knowledge they need to ensure the well-being of our children. These webinars provide a platform for valuable discussions and insights from experts in the field,” said LeMaster.
Health Education Outreach Coordinator, Jim Ginder, adds, “We believe that informed parents and caregivers contribute significantly to the overall health of our community. These webinars are designed to address common concerns and provide practical guidance.”
