Citizens of the Year!

Noblesville Elks Lodge 576 name Mark (left) and Lisa Hall (right) Citizens of the year for 2024-25 and were presented a plaque by Exalted Ruler Steve Vallier (center). The Fraternal Order of the Elks, with hundreds of thousands of members was founded in 1868, to promote and practice the four cardinal virtues of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its members; to quicken the spirit of American Patriotism and cultivate good fellowship. The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America, with more than 2,000 lodges, will serve the people and communities through benevolent programs, demonstrating that Elks Care and Elks Share.
