Reimagine Pleasant Project Making Progress

Pleasant Street is open in one lane each direction between 13th and 19th Streets.

The roundabout at 19th Street and Pleasant Street is being reconstructed to a two-lane roundabout.

New pedestrian tunnels were installed to provide safe crossings for the Midland Trace Trail and Hague Road Trail.
With Pleasant Street partially open between 13th and 19th streets, a critical east-west connection is open for Noblesville.
Construction continues on Phase 2 of the Reimagine Pleasant Street project, which will link SR 32 to SR 37. This construction is anticipated to be fully complete in Summer 2026.
As part of Phase 2 construction, crews are widening Pleasant Street to four lanes, building a new bridge over Wilson Drain, and reconstructing the roundabout at 19th Street and Pleasant Street to a two-lane roundabout.
In addition to the road improvements and construction, the Reimagine Pleasant Street project also incorporates several trail connections throughout Noblesville.
The trail connections provide access to three major trails, enhancing the pedestrian and bicycle network through the heart of Noblesville.
