Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness will host a Town Hall to address the growing trend of large investment firms purchasing homes in affluent suburban communities for for-rent investments and its impact on local neighborhoods.

The Twilight Town Hall will feature a discussion led by Mayor Fadness; Kimberly Sutter, partner with Eads Murray & Pugh, P.C., and Fishers staff to address challenges suburban communities across the country are experiencing, including:

  • Access to home purchasing
  • Community impacts
