Ruby Jo Pickrell

Ruby Jo Pickrell, 82, Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021 at her home with her family at her bedside.

She was born on Oct. 18, 1939 to Clarence and Daisy (Doney) Webb in Sparta, Tenn.

She married Lawrence Pickrell on March 2, 1961. She retired from Riverview Hospital business department. Mrs. Pickrell was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and adored her granddaughter, Ashley. She loved cooking for her family and having them around her. She had a passion for traveling, spending winters in Florida, cooking and tending to her garden. She had a bright, energetic personality and was full of life. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Lawrence Pickrell; daughters, Lorraine Jones and Jeanette Pickrell; granddaughter, Ashley Jones; sisters, Hilda (Neal) Parsons and Shirley (Ray) Wilmoth; brother, David (Donna) Webb; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Clarence Webb Jr., Gene Webb and Cecil Webb.

Services are scheduled at 6:30 p.m., with visitation scheduled from 4 p.m. to the time of service, on Monday, Dec. 20, 2021 White River Christian Church, 1685 N. 10th Street in Noblesville. Pastor Tim Brock and Pastor Fred Knoll will officiate.

Her care has been entrusted to Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes of Noblesville.
