    • H.C.P.C.-Unified Development Code – 0001-06-2022 Public Hearing 7:00 p.m. Recommendation to the County Commissioners
      • CONCERNING: Creating a Unified Development Code by amending ALL articles of the Hamilton County Zoning Ordinance and the Hamilton County Subdivision Control Ordinances and combining them into one document. All previous versions of the Hamilton County Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinances will be void. This will also include restructuring, adding articles, and updating regulations and permitted uses. A draft of the new Hamilton County, Indiana Unified development Code can be found at https://www.hamiltoncounty.in.gov/818/Plan-Commission
      • LOCATION: All jurisdictional areas of the Hamilton County Plan Commission which  includes portions of Adams, Noblesville, and Wayne Townships and all of White River Township, Hamilton County, Indiana
