Meeting Notice: Hamilton County Commissioners 06/27/2022

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Ind. Code § 13-26-2-2.5(a) that the Hamilton County Commissioners shall convene a public meeting to discuss and receive comments regarding the establishment of the Hamilton County Regional Utility District (“Regional Utility District”). The meeting shall be held on June 27, 2022 at 7 p.m. in the Commissioners Court Room in the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center, 1 N. 8th St, Noblesville, IN 46060. The plans for the Regional Utility District and boundaries are available for review at the Hamilton County Commissioners Office and on the Hamilton County website: www.hamiltoncounty.in.gov.

Each freeholder within the proposed district shall receive notice via first class United States mail, postage prepaid, to the mailing address on the tax rolls of Hamilton County.
