Fishers Event Center Takes Food, Beverages Seriously
The Fishers Event Center has unveiled a selection of new elevated food and beverage options heading into its fall season. With an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and diverse choices, the menu includes concession classics, fresh vegetarian and vegan options, and signature creations that highlight unique and innovative flavors. With grab-and-go snacks as well as more refined options, the venue’s culinary team delivers high-quality, chef-curated dishes that go beyond typical arena expectations.

- Smoked BBQ Pork Chop Sandwich: A tender, house-smoked Fischer Farms pork chop glazed with rich BBQ sauce, topped with crispy onion straws, and served on a fresh bun with a side of homemade chips.
 - Hot Honey Chicken and Waffle Sandwich: Crispy golden fried chicken layered between warm, fluffy waffles, drizzled with spicy hot honey, and served with a side of golden waffle fries.
 - Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls: Hand-rolled by local favorite It’s Those Eggrolls — crispy golden egg rolls stuffed with shaved steak, sauteed peppers, onions, and melted cheese.
 - Nacho Station: Build your own nachos piled high with seasoned, house made barbacoa beef, creamy queso, fresh pico de gallo, jalapenos, and all your favorite toppings.Â
 - Cheese Curds: Crispy, golden fried cheese curds served with zesty house-made bang bang sauce for the perfect kick.Â
 - Spiced Chickpea Caesar Salad: A fresh Caesar salad topped with roasted spiced chickpeas, crisp romaine, parmesan, and creamy Caesar dressing — crafted locally by Leo’s Market.
 - Portabella Mushroom Burger: A balsamic-marinated portabella mushroom layered with fresh arugula, roasted red peppers, and creamy garlic vegan aioli, served on a toasted bun.

In addition to the new items, returning fan-favorites include the FEC Double Smash Burger (made with a chef-curated proprietary blend of beef locally sourced fresh from Fischer Farms), the Signature Nacho Cart (featuring a variety of delicious toppings like barbacoa beef, chipotle adobo chicken and more), and the Hoosier Pork Tenderloin (sourced locally from Fischer Farms, patrons enjoy it Hoosier style or with a spicy Nashville twist).

- Fischer Farms: A fifth generation, family-owned Indiana farm providing premium, natural and sustainably raised beef.
- Old Major Market: Local artisanal meat company that works with Indiana farmers who use sustainable practices to offer fresh, local and premium products.
- The Flying Cupcake: Indiana’s first cupcake bakery, independently and locally owned, offering vegan and gluten-free options.
- Scoop Shack: Local and women-owned ice cream shop featuring homemade and locally sourced ingredients.
- It’s Those Eggrolls: Local shop creating homemade, hand-rolled specialty egg rolls.

- VerTerra palm leaf plates & cutlery: Made of 100% renewable resources and BPI-certified compostable, they are a sustainable alternative to disposable paper and plastic plates. No trees are ever harvested or cut down for this line. No chemicals, waxes, dyes or additives are applied.
FEC is proud to cook with locally sourced premium high-oleic soybean oil in its concessions and premium areas. This oil offers a longer shelf life, is cleaner to cook with, and enhances flavor, all while being a heart-healthy option with less saturated fat and no trans-fat. Behind this innovation are proud Indiana soybean farmers, leaders in growing high-oleic soybeans and committed to doing so sustainably, using fewer resources and inputs to grow more for their communities. Through the Indiana Soybean Alliance, a non-profit that invests soybean checkoff funds into market development, sustainability, value creation, and producer engagement, these farmers are driving forward benefits that reach from the farm to the fans.
