Noblesville Lions Raise Diabetes Awareness

Noblesville Lions took Strides for Diabetes Awareness on the trail around Forest Park on Saturday, Nov. 15, to bring attention to National Diabetes Awareness Month. Members were joined by Indiana Lions State Diabetes Chair Angela Mounsey. Riverview Health Diabetes Care and Education Specialist Kim Ramirez provided free diabetes screenings and Riverview Health Dietician Christine Lewis provided information on prevention and treatment. The Lions shared free, healthy snacks with walkers in the park.
