Dr. Arrowood Shares Update
If you are out and about, be sure to stop by Dark Side Coffee House in Cicero and check out the charming surprise in the back hallway: the Tiny Art Gallery, a creative partnership led by HHHS art teacher Carrie VanAlstine. Inside it sits an even smaller delight — the Teeny Tiny Art Gallery, a fully furnished miniature space featuring original student artwork, from 2D drawings and paintings to intricate mini sculptures. This rotating exhibit offers a fun, unexpected way to experience Hamilton Heights student creativity up close. The current display is open through January 15, so stop in over the break, grab a coffee, and enjoy this unique celebration of student talent.
This semester has been filled with remarkable achievements, both in and out of the classroom. From academic growth to artistic performances, athletic accomplishments to acts of service, our students continue to inspire us with their creativity, resilience, and determination. Their success is made possible by the commitment of our teachers, staff, and families, who give their time, energy, and care to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. Thank you for the countless ways you lift our students and one another.
The holiday season gives us the chance to pause and recharge. I encourage you to take these days to enjoy traditions, create new memories, and spend time with loved ones. On behalf of our Board of Education and leadership team, thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
