Noblesville Elks Step Up to Support Local Families

The Noblesville Elks #576 members have been donating food items and money  this month to help support 30  local families.

Led by Jason Snyder, the Elks members have donated food and money during the month of December.  Over the past 15 years the Noblesville Elks has been able to deliver food boxes to over 300 local families.

On Dec. 19, 15 members gathered at the Elks to fill boxes to be delivered to members in our community who welcomed a little help over the Christmas holiday.  The boxes were filled with canned fruits and vegetables, boxed macaroni and cheese, cereals, pop tarts, dessert mixes and even candy canes.  On Sunday before the drivers gather to make the deliveries additional perishable items  will be added to help complete their Christmas dinners. Each family will receive a Christmas ham as well.

Fifteen families from each Noblesville Middle School will be receiving these family Christmas meals.

The Elks who volunteered to pack the boxes were Steve Willey, Bob Fink, Steve Vallier, PER, Nick Vallier, Nolan Vallier, Treva Vallier, Georr Robinson, PSP, Lisa Robinson, Marta Sweitzer, Mike Sweitzer, Phil Anderson, Exalted Ruler, Brian Wanous, Joe Thompson, Thad Holder, Jerry Wides and Jason Snyder.

Thank you to the Elks members who helped make this happen and to ETCH21.
