The Farmers Bank recently announced several promotions at its Noblesville, Westfield and Fishers Financial Centers.

Jamie Loughman, Financial Center Director

Jamie Loughman is a lifelong Indiana resident and a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration. She has worked in the banking industry for four years and most recently served as Assistant Branch Manager at the Noblesville Financial Center.

Prior to joining The Farmers Bank, Jamie worked in the healthcare field at St. Vincent Health. Her decision to pursue banking was influenced by both her experiences during the COVID era and her upbringing in a small-town bank environment, where her mother served as a branch manager.

Jamie has built strong relationships with Noblesville customers over the past four and a half years, under the leadership of former Financial Center Director Syd Loomis, and is eager to continue serving them in her new role.

“I am so excited for this new opportunity,” said Loughman. “I am looking forward to continuing to provide top tier customer service to all our customers. In this role, I hope to help The Farmers Bank continue to grow in this community.”

Jamie lives in Lapel with her husband Collin and their two daughters. She also serves as President of Lapel Girls Softball and enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and cheering on her nieces and nephews at sporting events.

Samuel Crisci, Financial Center Assistant Director

Samuel Crisci brings nearly three years of banking experience to his new role and has served The Farmers Bank in customer focused positions including the Universal Banker role. He attended the University of Cincinnati and Ivy Tech and began his professional career as a Team Lead with Regal Cinemas.

Samuel shared that his interest in banking was inspired by his father’s career in the industry. He credits both Syd Loomis and Jamie Loughman as mentors who have helped shape his professional development.

“I am very excited to take on this new role with lots of new adventures and many familiar faces here to guide me,” said Crisci. “I am most excited to learn how to lead others and continue growing my knowledge, especially in lending.”

A resident of Carmel, Samuel enjoys sports, video games, and spending time with his girlfriend, friends and family.

Sean Horning, Fishers Financial Center Director

Sean Horning joined The Farmers Bank after serving as a loan officer with another banking institution and brings more than five years of banking experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as Assistant Branch Manager at the Fishers Financial Center. He attended Indiana University before beginning his professional career and is an Indiana native and current resident of Indianapolis.

Sean shared that he was drawn to banking because of its role in building meaningful community relationships. In his new position, he looks forward to introducing individuals, families, and businesses who are new to the area to The Farmers Bank’s personalized approach to service.

“I’m excited for our new team at Fishers to take on the abundant local competition and prove that customer service and personal relationships are still paramount in our increasingly digital world,” said Horning.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys local sports, outdoor activities, and world travel. He and his wife Shelby share their home with two cats, Peaches and The Stinkin’ Rat.

Evan Walker, Assistant Financial Center Director

Evan Walker brings a diverse professional background to his new leadership role, including experience as a middle school math teacher, a Human Resources Sergeant with the Indiana Army National Guard, and multiple roles within The Farmers Bank. He joined the bank one year ago and previously served as a Universal Banker, Float Teller, and Customer Service Representative.

Evan is a graduate of Ball State University, where he earned both his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his Master of Business Administration. A native of Danville, Indiana, he currently resides in Indianapolis.

“I’ve always enjoyed being a part of a team and often found myself in leadership roles,” said Walker. “I believe this role gives me the opportunity to expand our community outreach and have more meaningful conversations with customers to support their financial well-being.”

Evan’s goals for the coming year include investing in employee development, and helping customers deepen their relationship with The Farmers Bank. Outside of work, he is passionate about distance running.

Nick Jennings, Assistant Vice President, Market Leader

The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Jennings to Assistant Vice President, Market Leader. This promotion took effect in the fall of 2025 and expands his leadership responsibilities in addition to his current role as Financial Center Director for the Westfield location.

As Market Leader, Nick is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and an integrated business strategy across the Hamilton County market. His role includes strategic leadership, business development, team management and coaching, customer experience oversight, risk and compliance management, and collaboration across departments. In this role, he serves as a key representative of The Farmers Bank within the communities he supports.

Nick brings five years of banking experience to his new role. Prior to joining The Farmers Bank, he served as Assistant Branch Manager at Old Hickory Credit Union. Since joining The Farmers Bank, he has held several leadership roles, including Assistant Director and Director at the Fishers location, before assuming leadership of the Westfield Financial Center.

A graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Nick grew up in Bridgeport, Illinois, and currently resides in Noblesville, Indiana. He is actively involved in the community through his service with A Kid Again, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with life threatening conditions and their families.

“I’m looking forward to meeting and partnering with Westfield residents and other members of the communities in my market and helping our customers achieve their financial goals,” said Jennings. “I am especially excited about continuing to develop our employees into well rounded bankers who can provide the best possible service to the people we serve.”
