Attention Time Travelers! History Ball on Tap

Hamilton County Parks and Recreation will host its Time Travelers History Ball at Coxhall Gardens on June 26, celebrating America’s 250th birthday and the 50th anniversary of the Coxhall Mansion, completed in 1976.

This patriotic, history‑themed fundraiser will support Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department’s parks, programs, and community spaces, advancing the department’s mission of enriching residents’ lives through outdoor recreation, education, and conservation.

The Time Travelers History Ball invites guests to attend dressed as famous, infamous, or lesser‑known figures from American history. Attendees can expect historical characters, upbeat music and an evening of lighthearted, flag‑waving fun.

The event will include passed hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and a cash bar. Entrée selections include Pear and Pesto Seared Chicken Breast, Char‑Grilled Black Angus New York Strip, and Vegan Potato Gnocchi.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Those interested may contact Erica Foreman at erica.foreman@hamiltoncounty.in.gov or (317) 770‑4404. Donations from those unable to attend may be made at myhamiltoncountyparks.com.
