Spark!Fishers Festival Kicks Off Today

Weeklong festival kicks off with free concert tonight, continues with family fun through Saturday.

The weeklong Spark!Fishers festival kicks off tonight with a Free Tuesday Concert at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater (6 Municipal Drive) located in the heart of Fishers’ downtown Nickel Plate Cultural District.

The celebration continues this week with a family-friendly 5K Run/Walk & Kids’ Dash tomorrow night; a Car and Art Show on Thursday; a concert featuring Burning Red: A Taylor Swift Tribute on Friday evening; and a street fair, parade, and state-of-the-art aerial light show to cap off the festivities on Saturday. New this year, participants will enjoy an exciting, redesigned parade route down 116th Street, as well as the first aerial light show in Central Indiana featuring over 200 drones in the sky. The drone show will replace the primary fireworks show this year. For the full festival lineup, visit SparkFishers.com.
